The Community Planet Foundation is a 501c(3) non-profit foundation, with a mission is to create and demonstrate planned, cooperative Communities.

The original version of this site, suffered greatly from poor information architecture and a serverly outdated look. The idea for the new site was to create a space that involved persons could gather around (i.e. the social aspects like a blog, newsletter, events calendar and forums), and also provide information for those who are just looking in to the foundation. The simple design allows the reader to focus solely on the content, and clear navigation makes it much easier to find information in this large-ish web site.
